Position 1: Product Development Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, or other business-related fields with four years of banking experience, including at least one year in product development.
The product development officer will be responsible for searching innovative product or service bundles in an organized and scientific way and launching products that are “easy to market” for the bank by ensuring accurate information appears on product features aligned with the product’s theme and provisions.
Additionally Required knowledge and skills:
- Understanding and experience of market research, product development techniques, and product development process (TTM).
- Knowledge and experience of banking products (IFB), digital banking products and services, with software development skill preferred.
- Undertake product validation testing and moderate member discussions
- Knowledge and skill of computer (MS office powerpoint and database)
- Strong project proposal development, presentation, teamwork & communication skills

Position 2: Product Market Research Officer
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Economics, Accounting, or other business-related fields with four years of banking experience, including at least one year in market research.
A product market research officer will provide information to help the bank make informed decisions about its products, study consumer behavior and attitudes, looking at what people want in terms of who they are buying from, with an eye on potential business ideas.
Additionally required knowledge and skills:
- Proven product market research analysis experience with a detailed understanding of how the role contributes to the bank.
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc.) and ability to interpret large amounts of data and multitask
- Familiarity with CRM programs and excellent knowledge of statistical packages (SPSS, SAS, STATA or similar), databases, MS Office and Powerpoint
- Strong project proposal writing, teamwork, communication, and presentation skills
- Search engines, web analytics, and business research tools acumen
