Position 1: Customer Service Officer

Qualifications:

  • First Degree in Accounting/ Management/ Economics or related fields.

Experience:

  • 1 year of experience as a Graduate Trainee

Competencies:

  • Knowledge of banking principles and practices
  • Knowledge of Cash Management practices of banks
  • Good knowledge of Cash Management policies and procedures of the Bank

Position 2: Branch Cashier

Qualifications:

  • First Degree in Accounting /Banking / Management

Experience:

  • 2 years of relevant banking experience.
  • 2 years of experience in related IT jobs

Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of accounting and financial management principles and practices
  • Good knowledge of the financial management policies and procedures of the Banks
  • Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates
  • Good Communication and interpersonal skills

Position 3: Branch Accountant I

Qualifications:

  • First Degree in Accounting /Banking / Management

Experience:

  • 2 years of relevant banking experience

Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of the financial management policies and procedures of the Banks
  • Ability to coordinate and direct subordinates

Position 4: Help Desk Officer

Qualifications:

  • College Diploma or First Degree in Computer Science or related fields.

Experience:

  • 6/2 years of experience in banking and IT jobs

Competencies:

  • Good knowledge of IT principles, concepts and practices
  • Considerable knowledge of banking operating systems
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Working knowledge of fundamental operations of relevant software, hardware and other equipment
  • Knowledge of relevant call tracking applications
  • Knowledge and experience of customer service practices
  • Related experience and training in troubleshooting and providing help desk support

Position 5: Internal Auditor

Qualifications:

  • First degree in Accounting or related fields

Experience:

  • 2 years of relevant banking experience.

  • Good knowledge of banking operation
  • Good knowledge of accounting and auditing principles and practices
  • Good knowledge of policies, procedures and regulations of the regulatory bodies of the sector
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Position 6: Performance and System Auditor

Qualifications:

  • First degree in Management or Accounting or related fields

  • 3 years of relevant banking experience

  • Good knowledge of banking operation

Position 7: Senior Planning and Research Officer

Qualifications:

  • First Degree in Economics/Management/Banking and Finance or related field.

Experience:

  • 4 years of relevant work experience

Competencies:

  • Considerable knowledge of banking industry and the overall business and economic environment.
  • Good knowledge of planning, performance monitoring and evaluation and research methods
  • Good knowledge of marketing principles and practices
  • Considerable ability of research and policy development
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

Position 8: Manager, Performance and System Audit Division

Qualifications:

  • First degree in Management or Accounting or related fields.

Experience:

  • 8 years of relevant banking experience; 2 of which as auditor or inspector.

Competencies:

  • Thorough knowledge of banking operation
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting and auditing principles and practices
  • Thorough knowledge of policies, procedures and regulations of the bank
  • Very good communication and interpersonal skills
