The EEIG-Construction business unit will focus on high-end complex construction projects, infrastructure, and real estate.
Job Description:
The Store Keeper will be responsible for managing all store operations related to inventory, stock control, and materials management for the EEIG-Construction business unit. The position holder will maintain accurate records of all orders made, received, stored, material issued, and supplies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage inventory requisition, purchase order receipts, materials received register, storage, dispatch, and inventory control.
- Keep stocks in their proper place and ensure materials/products are received and issued after approval by authorized personnel.
- Justify any discrepancies between physical count & record balance and accountability for discrepancies.
- Confirm that delivered goods match purchase order specifications.
- Update the stock periodically and maintain all store reports in manual/ERP software.
- Record store material receipt and consumption, prepare daily, weekly, and monthly store reconciliation statements.
- Maintain records of tools, equipment, and all materials under store and within site.
- Check stock as per records and maintain minimum stock level of all consumables.
- Maintain clear and organized records to ensure all reports and invoices are filed and stored properly.
- Inform concerned engineer on site / Logistics and FMD Manager of the status of the balance of materials in stock.
- Undertake other duties as directed.
Job Requirements:
- TVET Level IV or BA Degree in Logistics Management, Management, or other related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience for TVET Level IV, and 1 year for a BA Degree.
