Kabba Holding Company is seeking a competent Call Center Agent to join the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. (Fluency in English is mandatory)
  • Flexibility to work in different time zones
  • Basic computer skills

Description:

The responsibilities of the Call Center Agent include, but are not limited to:

  • Cold calling, using a given phone directory to sell products
  • Following up on warm leads (potential clients)
  • Using scripts to provide information about product’s features, prices, etc. and present their benefits
  • Evaluating and suggesting modifications to the sales script
  • Dealing with complaints or doubts to safeguard the company’s reputation
  • Keeping records of calls and sales and record useful information
  • Utilizing Sales force, cold calling, and email to generate new sales opportunities
  • Identifying prospect’s needs and suggesting appropriate products/services
  • Building long-term relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities in the market
  • Setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers and sales executives
  • Reporting to the sales manager with products of weekly, monthly, and quarterly results
