Senior Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Officer Job Description

The Senior Talent Acquisition and Onboarding Officer is responsible for managing the entire recruitment and onboarding process of new employees in the organization. They will work closely with hiring managers to identify job requirements, create job descriptions, and evaluate resumes and applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify job requirements and create job descriptions.
  • Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other relevant channels.
  • Screen resumes and applications, and assess candidate qualifications.
  • Conduct phone and in-person interviews, and evaluate candidate responses.
  • Facilitate background checks and perform reference checks.

Job Requirements:

Qualification Requirement

  • B.A Degree in Human Resources Management/ Management/ Business Management or related fields of study.

Experience Requirement

  • 5 (Five) years of relevant post-qualification experience preferably in a Bank

Competencies:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Knowledge of recruitment and onboarding best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Understanding of employment laws and regulations.
