Roles and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting branches and IFB activities at the Head Office. They will ensure that procedures are followed diligently, risks are properly managed, and employees are motivated, coached, and delivering high-quality services. Other key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring timely clearance of suspense accounts
- Monitoring the IFB portfolio management
Job Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
- Education: A BA degree in Economics/Accounting/Management/Business Administration/Finance and Accounting or business-related field of study.
- Experience: At least 5.5 years of experience in banking operations, out of which 3.5 years must be in IFB area. Candidates with sharia knowledge are highly encouraged to apply.
