Position 1: Administrative Assistant – I

Qualifications: BA/Diploma in Administrative Office Management/ Secretarial Science and Office Management or any other related fields.

Experience: 1/3 years of relevant experience preferably in the Banking industry.

Essential Functionality:

  • Periodic monitoring of office supplies and control of shortages;
  • Solve office-related problems (including those under the office) and respond to questions or issues;
  • Perform office tasks, such as filing, preparing reports and documents for presentations, arranging meetings, and requesting/ordering adequate supplies;
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts;
  • Facilitate travel arrangements, such as flights, cars, and hotel and restaurant reservations;

Place of Work: Addis Ababa (Districts), Adama District, Dessie District, Gondar District,

Position 2: Customer Service Executive – II

Qualifications: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and related fields.

Work Experience: 1(one) year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE or related position.

Essential Functionality:

  • Engage and perform customer recruitment and account opening activities
  • Initiates cash transfer from/to cash,
  • Receives and delivers physical cash from and to Casher,
  • Collects/pays cash and debit/credits the respective accounts,
  • Checks and balance physical cash with the Cashier,
  • Retrieve customer signatures, and pictures and verify customers and,
  • Perform other duties as required.

Place of Work: Kemissie, Nejashi (Mersa IFB), Tulu Awulia, Dinsa, Mekoy, Asketema, Tach Gaint, Sanja, Wegdi, Logia, Harbu(Bereka), Sekota, Dargie

Position 3: Senior Customer Service Officer

Qualifications: BA in Accounting, Accounting & Finance Banking & Insurance, Banking & Finance, Business Administration, Management, or other related fields.

Experience: 3 years of experience in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or related position.

Essential Functionality:

  • Engage and perform customer recruitment and account opening activities

Position 4: Branch Manager Grade – I

Qualifications: BA Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Management and any other related fields.

Work Experience: 7(seven) years of relevant experience in the Banking Industry of which 1(one) year as Assistant Branch Manager/CSM or Relationship Manager.

Essential Functionality:

  • Lead in the development and revision of the branch office’s functional strategy aligned with the business-level strategy of the Bank;
  • Plan and lead the resource mobilization activity of the Branch by organizing and coordinating the branch workforce in an effective manner.
  • Support regular checks on service delivery at the branch through methods such as customer surveys at the branch to determine customers ‘perception & experience of the Bank’s service;
  • Ensure an attractive banking service is delivered and maintained;
  • Aggressively engages in marketing and promotional activities,

Position 5: Messenger & Cleaner – I

Qualifications: 10th/12th Grade Complete 

Work Experience: Two/2 years of relevant experience

  • Age: Between 18-35

Essential Functionality:

  • Receive and deliver documents, materials, and supplies from office to office within the company.
  • Securely delivers packages, documents, written and verbal messages, and other items to the intended location or recipient promptly.
  • Protects the confidentiality of information and documents
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Place of Work: Dessie, Chagni (IFB), Nejashi (Mersa IFB), Kobo, Hossaena, Asketema

Position 6: Security Guard – I ( Female )

Qualifications: Grade 10th Complete /12th

Work Experience: two/2 years of relevant experience in Military service.

  • Age: Between 25-50

Essential Functionality:

  • Patrolling and securing the area and ensuring the protection of properties and facilities
  • Protecting the company’s assets relative to theft, assault, fire, and other safety issues
  • Authorize entrance of people and vehicles
  • Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings
