Position 1: Team Leader, Plan & Budget

Education: MSC, MA, BA, BSC in Economics, Management, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields.

Experience Requirement : 7/9 years of experience in relevant fields, of which 2 years as planning & budget Team Leader in the banking Industry.

The purpose of the job is to support the Manager, Planning, Monitoring, and Evaluation in realizing the managers of the Division in particular and the directorate in general. The team is tasked with supporting the Bank’s strategic plan/changes and annual plan, and budget preparation, cascading, and producing periodic performance monitoring reports

Qualification Requirement: MSC, MA, BA in Economics, Management, Statistics, Business Administration or related fields.

Experience Requirement: 7/9 years of relevant experience, including 2 years as a planning and budget Team Leader in the banking industry. The job’s mission is to define goals and serve as a resource for planning, budgeting, and performance monitoring/evaluation. The division is in charge of developing the Bank’s strategic plan/changes, yearly plan, budget forecasting, cascade, and generating periodic performance monitoring reports.
