Position 1: Senior Customer Services Officer

Education: Bachelor Degree in Banking & Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields of studies.

Experience Requirement: 5 (Five) years of relevant experience in a Bank

The Senior Customer Service Officer:

  • Provides front office customer service support at the Branch
  •  Handles account management transactions
  • Respond to customer enquiries
  • Handles cash and non-cash transactions and all customer requests at the branch.

Position 2: Customer Service Manager

Qualification Requirement: A minimum Bachelor Degree in a business related field e.g. Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration

Experience Requirement: 6 (Six) years of relevant experience in a Bank of which 2 yeas as Senior Customer Services Officer or Equivalent position.

The Customer Service Manager will support the Branch Manager in coordinating all activities of Customer Service Officers (Maker/Checkers) and Senior Customer Service Officer (Cash/Accounts) within the Branch and ensure operational excellence to deliver excellent services for high customer satisfaction levels.
