Position 1: Manager, Digital Banking

Description : By having to put the Bank’s policies, procedures, projects, and marketing strategies into procedure for a successful presence across all market segments and ensuring sustainable market share and high profitability, the Ahadu Bank Digital Banking Manager will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and developing digital business users.

Education: MA, MSc, BA, BSC in computer science, business administration, marketing, economics, management, statistics, or allied disciplines

Experience Requirement: 9/7 years of experience in relevant disciplines, including 2 years as a team leader or section head, 3 years as a principal digital banking officer, or an equivalent position in digital banking areas, in the banking industry and/or financial technology firm

Place of work: Addis Ababa

Position 2: Manager, Agency Banking

Education Requirements: MA, MSc, BA, BSC in computer science, marketing, economics, management, or a related discipline; or in information technology.

Experience Requirement: 9/7 years of experience in relevant fields in the banking industry and /or Financial technology company, of which 2 years as team leader or section head, or 3 years as Principal digital banking officer or equivalent position in digital banking areas.
