Senior Internal Auditor
Job Summary

The Internal Auditor is accountable to the Company General manager and is responsible for Perform audit activities and assignments in the company by the order of the Company manager, Ensures that payments made financially are correct and are carried out in accordance with the directive; Identifies areas of risk and investigates; It reports the findings to the General Manager along with the corrective action

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Responsibility to audit the company.
  • Performing audit assignments follow up and control the proper completion of an audit assignment from the start up to its completion.
  • Check the correctness of financial and regulatory statements of audited entities.
  • Summarize the audit queries gathered and prepare agenda for exit conference; present audit findings at the time of exit conference with addressing questions and comments asked by the audited entities.
  • Prepare a draft audit report and submit the report to the company manager.
  • Ensure that payments made financially are correct and in accordance with the directive;
  • Identifies areas of risk and investigates;
  • Reporting findings to the company manager.
  • Monitors that necessary adjustments have been made
  • Inspects the overall operational structure of the institution;
  • Provides management ideas for improving the operating system.
  •  Perform other activities given by the director.

Education

  •  BA/ BSC/MA/MSC degree in Accounting, auditing, accounting and finance, accounting and cooperative accounting and auditing, Financial Management, finance and investment, management, Business management, and related fields. 

Experience

  •  5 years for BA/BSC degree or 3 years for MA/MSC   degree Relevant work experience an Auditing in Manufacturing Industries is preferable.

Human Resource Development , Administration and General Service Department Manager

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Plans, organizes, directs, evaluates, reports on performance of departments;
  • Issues factory rules and regulations and monitors their implementation upon approval.
  • Introduces new ideas to the General Manager based on research related to human resource development, change management, talent management, organization and operation of the factory.
  • Supports factory workers’ union, makes workers aware of their rights and responsibilities, and provides various trainings, creates industrial peace and provides productive and competitive manpower, and supervises and maintains soft and hard copy of information.
  • Establish and implement performance management system that can be used to measure the performance of the managerial and non-managerial staff of the companies and follow up and evaluate the implementation, take corrective measures and actions.
  • Plans, organizes, directs, evaluates, and supervises the operation of the factory’s vehicles, cleaning, uniforms, work safety, cafeteria and telephone services.
  • Collaborates, coordinates, organizes institutional solutions and submits to the general manager by collecting information on the training needs of all policies and services.
  • Provides transportation, safety and uniforms in accordance with the manufacturer’s operating instructions.
  • Carry out recruitment, dismissal, and promotion according to the guidelines.
  • Requires resources for the department.
  • Provides vacancies in terms of promotion, transfer and recruitment in accordance with the factory structure and management guidelines.
  • Monitors gender support
  •  Perform other duties and responsibilities given by the company manager.

Job Summary

The Finance, Cost and Budget Administration Department manager is accountable to the Company General manager and is responsible for developing effective financial systems in preparing the annual company budget, controlling over the utilization of the budgets and budget performances as well as managing the company budget and costs to be used effectively and efficiently for the predetermined objectives.  

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Based on company plan; organizing, leading, evaluating, planning, and reporting the finance work.
  • Designing financial policy, directives and manuals applicable for carrying out the financial analysis;
  • Preparing the plan and reporting performances of financial analysis;
  • Plans, organizes, directs, evaluates, submits performance reports;
  • Prepares Costs and Budget Guidelines, Regulations and Forms to the relevant body and monitors their implementation upon approval.
  • Monitors any purchases in accordance with the procurement instructions;
  • Regularly record and analyze the production costs of the factories and report to the relevant authority. • Periodically analyzes the production costs of the factories and reports on its performance.
  • Ensure that the factory’s assets are properly registered and regularly audited from the project;
  • Closes the annual accounts and makes profit and loss statements, assets and liabilities, opening and closing accounts.
  •  Perform other duties and responsibilities given by the company manager.
