Job Position 1:- Graduate-in-Trainee

Educational Qualification :- BSc degree in Management, Business Management, and Business Administration with a CGPA of 3.2 and above.

Location :- Addis Ababa

Job Requirements:-

  1. Applicants must be Ethiopian nationals.
  2. Only prospective graduates after 2020, 2021, and 2022 G.C will be considered.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Process debtor payments within company timelines and process statements to accounts customers.
  • Update VAT inputand check details.
  • Month end close shall be concluded on time with no errors against group reporting.
  • Purchase orders for new inventory acquisitions are issued within company guidelines and timelines.
  • Ensure that all accounts are well controlled and that all outstanding monies owed to the company is collected.
  • All creditors’ payments to be made within agreed payment terms, ensuring that discount is obtained where possible.
  • Agile in thinking and nimble in decision making.
  • Exhibits high level of financial pragmatism and prudent financial judgment.
  • Assess possible risks.

Job Position 4:- HR Officer

Educational Qualification :- BSc Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related field of study.

Work Experience :– 3 years relevant experience.

  • Exposure in HR like recruitment and placement.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding HR matters.
  • Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets.

Location:- Addis Ababa and Dire Dawa, Addis Ababa 

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Assists with SAP functional queries including transactional, navigation and problem solving so that a professional and efficient HR service can be provided to customers.
  • Resolves Time queries, relating to queries regarding time and attendance
  • Refers queries to HRBP and/or Specialist Learning & Development (incl TM and OD); where queries cannot be resolved.
  • Conducts Competency Based Assessments for potential candidates.
  • Sets up psychometric assessments for potential candidates with psychologists
  • Completes and controls day-to-day office administrative functions so that all documentation can be correctly and timeously handled, whilst providing a quality service.
  • Records are kept, maintained and updated as per company procedure and access is properly controlled.
  • Draws HR reports, analyses trends and reports on these.
  • Provides reports to customers as and when requested.
