Job Description
Bunna Bank is seeking a qualified and experienced candidate for the position of Customer Service Officer-I at their Sendafa Branch. The main responsibilities of the role include:
- Ensuring the confidentiality of customer balances and issuing documents with necessary care.
- Checking and counter-signing tickets and negotiable instruments.
- Handling international money transfers such as Western Union.
- Ensuring that accounts are opened properly and all necessary details are accurately entered into the system.
Job Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance/Management/Economics or other related fields.
Experience
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in banking operations as a Customer Service Officer.
