Bunna Bank S.C. is a private bank in Ethiopia that has recently joined the banking sector following the monetary improvements in the country. We are seeking a qualified and energetic candidate to fill the role of Customer Service Officer-II.


  • BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance/Management/Economics or related fields.
  • 3 years of experience in Banking operations as a Customer Service Officer.

Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Officer-II, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling and checking account maintenance, payment, and collection transactions.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
  • Handling cash and non-cash transactions, as well as all customer requests at the branch.
  • Maintaining proper records and files.
  • Ensuring timely periodical payments.
  • Preparing and sending reminders for unpaid documents.

Position 2: Customer Service Officer-III 

Qualification: BA Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking and Finance /Management/Economics or other related fields.

Experience: 4 years of Experience in Banking operation as a Customer Service Officer.

Job Description:

  • Counter checks and process loan applications to establish accuracy of analysis and correctness of information provided by customer or the concerned branches.
  •   Examines relevant documents and appraises the credit worthiness of applicants and their ability to settle loan within the agreed time frame.
  • Examines and tests the financials statements of applicant’s using various financial analysis techniques and determines the liquidity and profitability of applicant’s business.
