Vacant Positions:

Position 1: Customer Service Executive – II

  • Qualifications: BA in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year experience in banking operations as CSO, CSR, CSE, or a similar position.
  • Purpose of the Job: Enhance customer satisfaction by providing efficient front-line customer service, cross-sell the bank’s products and services, and contribute to resource mobilization efforts.

Position 2: Executive Secretary I

  • Qualifications: BA/Diploma in Administrative Office Management/Secretarial Science and Office Management or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5/7 years of relevant experience in secretarial jobs.
  • Purpose of the Job: Provide high-level administrative support, maintain schedules and calendars, arrange meetings and conferences, handle correspondences, and ensure efficient office operations.

Position 3: Senior Planning & Monitoring Officer

  • Qualification: BA in Economics, Business Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, with at least 2 years as a planning and monitoring officer.
  • Purpose of the Job: Handle regional office plan and performance management, analyze and report performance against indicators, assess market share, and contribute to the bank’s strategic planning.

Position 4: Manager, Agency Banking

  • Qualification: MA/MBA/BA in Business Management, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Finance and Economics, Marketing Management, or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum of 7/9 years of relevant banking experience, including at least 2 years in a senior officer position.
  • Purpose of the Job: Coordinate, support, and monitor agency banking activities to enhance the bank’s deposit mobilization efforts.
