Position 1: Customer Services Officer – I

  • Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Experience: 1 year in a Bank or 2 years at Micro Finance institutions.
  • Responsibilities: Handle cash/non-cash transactions, account maintenance, respond to customer inquiries, provide front office support.
  • Place of work: Modjo, Oromia

Position 2: Customer Service Officer II

  • Qualification: Bachelor Degree in a business related field (Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration).
  • Experience: 2 years in a Bank.
  • Responsibilities: Front office support, account maintenance, payment/collection transactions, customer requests.
  • Place of work: Modjo, Oromia

Position 3: Senior Customer Services Officer

  • Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Banking and Insurance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Experience: 5 years in a Bank.
  • Responsibilities: Front office support, account management, respond to inquiries, handle cash/non-cash transactions.
  • Place of work: Modjo, Oromia

Position 4: Branch Manager I

  • Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, Accounting, Management, Economics, Business Administration or related fields.
  • Experience: Minimum 7 years in a Bank, including 1 year as Customer Services Manager or equivalent.
  • Responsibilities: Plan, lead, control branch activities, ensure compliance, coordinate sales/business development efforts.
  • Place of work: Modjo, Oromia
